Returns and refunds

In the event of a defect or poor workmanship on one of your delivered items, we firstly apologize to you.

In the event of a problem or delivery error on our part, please write to us quickly at support@alzy.fr . We will offer you a replacement solution as soon as possible, and will organize the return of the product at our expense. 

You have a period of fourteen clear days  to return the order from the receipt of your package or the provision thereof to a third party of your choice.

Within this period, please send an email via  support@alzy.fr , without ambiguity, expressing your desire to retract. We will come back to you to tell you what to do.

You can send us your items in a package, at your expense, along with your order number and order email, in the original packaging, for a refund. Given the nature of the product, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products unsealed after delivery. 

A package redirected by the carrier after the waiting period has expired, without having been received by the customer cannot be assimilated to receipt of a package.

Upon receipt of your package and provided that the items returned are free from any use, you will be reimbursed for your purchase within 17 working days.

We recommend, but not impose it, a shipment in a tracked and insured package. In fact, without receiving the package from us, and even if you have proof of shipping, we cannot reimburse you. 

In the event of partial return of the products ordered or of error on the delivery address of your fact, the initial delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.
